NEIGHBOURS
‘Neighbours’ investigates the nocturnal hidden world of wildlife in architectural environments.
This project seeks to connect graphic design and architecture by providing a perspective on the natural world that often goes unnoticed.
The design explores how our built environment can coexist harmoniously with the natural world, highlighting the balance of ecosystems that are vital for our future society.

Mette Salomonsen is a graphic designer based in Copenhagen. She works in both big-picture thinking for eco-campaigns and detailed work for art catalogs, providing creative solutions from magazine and book design to larger design concepts. Her form-giving explorations expand into the use of natural materials, including clay, natural fibers, indigo dye, and wool.
